Brittney’s always been driven by her passion to immerse herself in art, whether it’s the art of painting, music, dancing, or jiu jitsu.

Brittney is attending art school at UCLA in Los Angeles to take her passion to the next level. Capturing her take on rock and pop cultural icons from the 1960s and ‘70s, her creations have been a big hit from both critics and collectors.

Hi Brittney please tell us a little about you?
I am an Artist, Model and UFC Octagon Girl.
Describe yourself in 3 words?
Happy, forgiving and independent.
What is your own definition of happiness?
Being true to yourself.
How everything started?
I was in a car accident when I was 21, I wasn’t able to dance professionally anymore so I decided to pick up the paint brush. I fell in love with it so much that I moved to Los Angeles to go to art school.
Name one your strengths?
Could you tell me a little bit about your art style and philosophy?
I think some consider my art as pop art and others spontaneous realism. I just know what I love to paint and that’s all that matters to me.
What inspires you to create this Art?
I usually get inspired by music and pop culture but for ‘No Agency’ (current show) I was inspired by my recent trip to Bali.
What did you learn from your biggest failure? (if any)
It’s important to always stay true to yourself.
How did you got inspired to pursuit this venture?
I loved the idea of doing a show on my own and going against the grain. I can be pretty relentless.
Do you have a role model?
I look up to so many people. Artists, poets, musicians, my mother.
What does art means to you?
Art means expression to do or create anything you want. No rules.
What is your favorite project that you have worked on so far?
I recently did a collaboration with Reebok and Ufc for international fight week in Las Vegas. It was amazing to see all of the fighters wearing my designs.

My brother is extremely talented at drawing and my mother has always had an artistic sensibility
Tell us about your “No Agency” exhibition in Art Basel?
No agency is an Artist for Artist Show and Shop. Alongside some of my new works we are also featuring four amazing artists Lee Taylor Jones, Dan Alva, Tanya Ragir , and Tonia Colderon. Each artist will also have their art showcased on clothing that we are launching during Art Basel.
Where we can see more of your work?
On the Modeling side, beautiful women like yourself are very intimidating to most men. How should a guy approach you?
I genuinely think that it just takes confidence and someone with no other motive other than just saying hello. It takes the pressure off.
What would be a deal breaker on a first date?
Arrogance and bad manners. My mother has always taught me to treat people like I would want to be treated. I think that’s important.
What is fun and rewarding about modeling? And what is not?
I think it’s fun to be able to go to different locations meet so many people and work with them also to be able to look back on this time in my life and have memories to show my kids.
But, being bikini ready all year round sometimes it’s a little difficult.
