Jessica Estevao Swimwear Fashion Shooting Mx 2019, Yucatán

Where do you currently live?

I live in Saltillo, Mexico! But Im originally from Brazil.

Do you like Mexico?

Yes I love this country! I really like knowing new places, new people, new language, a different culture.

What do you like most about Mexico?

I adore the natural beauty from Mexico.

Tell us a little about your experience in this Weekend Swimwear Fashion Shooting?

It was incredible, the people were great, really professionals! I loved the place, the clothes… Won’t forget this experience.

Did you like the Yucatan food?

Yes. The food is different from what I´m used to eat but, really good.

The location, What did you like most about the Hotel Xixim?

I can’t describe how amazing is this hotel! For sure, It was the most beautiful place I have ever been, and the better location I have worked before.

And the people working right there, they are really cool. If you have the opportunity, just go!

How was the connection with the people of the project?

The connection was great! I already knew Gabriel, the photographer and producer, when he went to Brazil 2 years ago. He invited me and I was so happy for being part of this project!

And the other people, I have no words… They are amazing, I went with work partners and came back with talented friends! I admire them so much. It was a pleasure.

Have you already been to Yucatan before?

That was my first time at Yucatan.

Would you like to come back?

If I had the opportunity, sure!

If I could describe myself in 3 words, it probably would be a Dreamer, loving and determined person.

Name one your strengths?

Do you have a role model?

Gisele Bündchen.

Who has been the biggest influence on your life?

I can’t say that it was an influence, but an inspiration of course! My mom, and it’s going to keep being her.

The person who supported me and who supported me and fought by my side to make my dreams come true. She still doing it.

When you were a kid what did you want to be when you grew up?

I always wanted to become a model. But just my close people do know that, I dream since childhood with being a lawyer.

How and when did you start into modeling?

I started when I was only 6 months! So I don’t remember how it was… But it happened because the agency found my mom with me at the mall, and that was the beginning.

What advice would you give to women trying to become models?

That may sound cliche but… Never give up on your dreams! You maybe listen NO a lot of times, from a lot of people. But if that’s what you dream with, believe yourself, and be humble.

What did you learn from your biggest failure?

That nothing came easy.

Best advice you have followed?

It’s all about angles! Hahahah.

On the Modeling side, beautiful women like yourself are very intimidating to most men.

How should a guy approach you?

Doing what my boyfriend did! Being himself, making me laugh, trusting and supporting me on my work.

What magazines have you been in over the course of your career?

Magazine just the DUO from Joinville, my city. My career used to be more focused on photos to fashion catalogs, I worked from a lot of brands around Brazil!

And which magazine or project is still on your bucket list?

Oh, my list is full! I never stop dreaming. But work in the US would be a good one.

If you could meet someone living or dead, who would it be and why?

J.K. Rowlling, because she wrote Harry Potter. Enough for me, I love her books so much.

Your idea of a perfect Sunday is…?

Going to the beach with my family! I really miss them.

Something people don’t know about you?

People don´t know that I dance.

What would be a deal breaker on a first date?

If the person stay at the cellphone all the time.

Name 3 things you can’t live without?

Family, books and food.

What is your favorite healthy food?

I love fruits!

And your favorite cheat food?

What is your own definition of happiness?

Being with the people that I love.

Do you support any charities?

No, but I would love to!

Who is your biggest beauty inspiration?

Lais Ribeiro, the Brazilian angel from Victoria’s Secret.

Who are some of your favorite models and designers, and why?

Gisele again, she arrived so far at the career, and being who she is today, she stays humble.

How would you describe your fashion style?

Eclectic! I like to change all the time.

Five years from now you will be….

Graduated, doing what I love to do, and with the people I love!

What do you think of the Social Media?

I think that’s a good distraction, and a great work platform for many people. But it also can be a problem, when it changes from a distraction to a fake life.

It’s hard to keep your mind healthy in the middle of it all.
