Hi Brooklyn, please tell us a little about you?

Determined, Hardworking, Ambitious

We’re sure you have been asked this million times but how did you get in the industry?

I’ve always loved to entertain and as far as I can remember music has been one of my biggest passions that with some hard work and dedication and here I am.

Describe your sound in 3 words?

Universal, Inspirational, Lit

Who influenced you and why did you choose to make music?

Beyonce Knowles was one of my biggest influences. I wanted to make music to make people happy the way her music made me feel and I love being on the stage.

Do you play any instrument?

No, not currently but I’m definitely looking forward to learning everything about music so you’ll have to revisit this question in the future.

Do you ever get nervous?

No, not really nervous. I get a few butterflies before I perform but a quick prayer before I hit the stage and they go away.

Tell us about your new song “D to the NYC?”

Me and Yaya wrote the song almost a year ago. We thought it would be a good collaboration since he is from NY and I’m from Detroit mixing that sound would be lit.

How was working with Yaya in this song?

It was fun, our energies matched and we had a great time writing this song together.

What’s the story behind the song?

I met YaYa in NY, at Invite Only studio I had 2 interviews at. I didn’t know who he was but we made sum tiktok’s and our vibes clicked. So our teams communicated and here we are today. I’m a girl from the D and he’s a boy from NY.!! Hope you enjoy the song.!!

Did you have plans/concerts planned and cancelled because of COVID? If so have you done any online concerts or interaction with your fans?

When Covid started to become a huge problem I was actually in LA. I went home to Detroit and my traveling stopped for a few months. I wasn’t able to do any shows but I stayed in constant contact with all my supporters through social media and I did an online quarantine concert back in April.

Which project is still on your bucket list?

Work with Beyonce!!! And have Beyonce want to meet me because of all the hard work I’m putting in.

What is fun and rewarding about what you do? And what’s not?

Being able to work with so many other talented people and all the love and support I get from so many of my supporters. The worst part is being away from some of my family for long periods of time.

Now tell us about being a popular influencer and your Social Media success?

I love being a positive influencer. It’s a great feeling to know my supporters can look to me as an example of how hard work, dedication, determination and faith definitely pays off. My social media success is amazing!! I have the best supporters!

That is the most rewarding part about what I do. If I can help just one young person to make a better decision or to be able to listen to my music and it helps them take their mind off something they may be going through then all my sacrifice is worth it.
