Hi Frankie, please tell us a little about you?
My name is Frankie, I was born and raised in Arizona then moved to LA in 2020 to pursue my business of helping women transform their booty in 12 weeks. I’ve played sports my whole life growing up which is what got me into personal training at such a young age out of high school, I started as a trainer at the age of 18 at la fitness in Arizona. Within the next 3 years of experience in the industry I was able to become an independent contractor running my own fitness business out of a private gym. Now in 2022 I am the CEO of Peachgainz!

Now tell us about the success of your very popular “Peachgainz” training app and booty bands?
After transforming so many girls from the Peachgainz 12 week booty program we blew up on TikTok and saw the potential it had to make such an impact. So then we decided to launch an app that would have everything you need to build your booty in gym or at home in 12 weeks from anywhere. Our purpose here was to solve all the problems you could possibly have as a girl struggling to build their booty while losing or gaining weight all in one app! Which came with building a store with all the booty essentials you need to do our 12 week booty program. All of this became so popular so fast from my TikTok success!
What is different from your brand/products to other ones in the market?
I think our products and services stand out from other brands because of the results we guarantee in a short time of 12 weeks.
What do you think is the secret to have a successful business in a very competitive market like yours?
Focusing on what is working for you and your clients instead of comparing your brand or work to others. I think this is the biggest struggle for trainers today is not having the confidence in their own work and beliefs.
Why did you decide to be an entrepreneur?
I’ve always had the mindset of being an entrepreneur when I was younger because I knew I didn’t want to work for anyone and wanted to build something of my own.

After dinner I’ll usually plan ahead for the next day or continue working if I have more to get done for the day.

If you are a book, what would be the title of the book and why?
Keep it black & white – I like this title because today in life I realize people over complicate things which creates so many negative thoughts in their head leading to bad actions.
When you started your Social Media accounts, did you expected such a success?
To be honest I found social media very hard and never thought I would be able to take it where I have today but focusing on my craft and showing the media the results (consistently) is what really took it to a whole other level of growth. I’ve learned consistency is the key to social media growth.
As a popular fitness personality and fitness influencer you are followed by so many people. How do you feel about that pressure of doing always the right thing, and encourage people to follow their dreams?
When having such a big word and impact on people you have to continue to remind yourself you’re not perfect and to just be yourself because that’s what people love to follow. I’ve learned people love to follow the ones who are true to themselves because everyone wants to be able to do that with confidence. The pressure only gets heavier as you grow so you have to remind yourself you’re the one everyone is watching for a reason because you are who you are.
Now talking about Instagram, can you share some tips for keeping your account interesting?
Continuing to feed your audience value. Instagram is all about showing who you are consistently and finding a niche that suits you best and then from there learning how to keep your audience engaged from your niche or reason on why they are following you. My best tip is to not try and copy others that’s where a lot of people are wrong, you want to be different and stand out to others.
I bet you get millions of it, but what are the best and worst Instagram DM pickup lines you received so far?
Anyone sliding into my DM’s knows I’m very passionate about my occupation so it always revolves around the booty.
The WORST: “Do you have a booty program?”
The BEST: “Try me I’ll be your best booty yet.”
What’s next for Frankie Alvarado and Peachgainz in 2022?
The next steps are getting the brand more exposure by transforming big celebrities here in LA! Which will take the business in general to the next level, we are all about growth and changing more lives here!
