Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Named the Top Resort in Nevada on Condé Nast Traveler’s 2014 Gold List

Fifth Consecutive Year on this List Earns the Resort Platinum Circle Status

Wynn Las Vegas and Encore was recognized by Condé Nast Traveler’s 2014 Gold List as the top resort in Nevada. The resort was also included in the Platinum Circle, which is awarded to candidates who make the Gold List five years in a row.

“It is a tremendous honor to be recognized for the fifth consecutive year as the top resort in Nevada by Condé Nast Traveler’s readers,” said Maurice Wooden, president of Wynn Las Vegas and Encore. “Our dedicated team is always developing new ways to service our guests and ensure a memorable experience; this award is a wonderful acknowledgement of our employees’ efforts”

Condé Nast Traveler’s annual Gold List identifies the very best hotels, resorts and cruise lines. Nearly 80,000 readers took part in the selection process, by participating in the annual Readers’ Choice survey. Each nominee is rated on a five-point scale and those percentages are averaged to determine the final score. Wynn and Encore had an overall rating of 92.2, which is the mean of its scores for all hotel criteria: Food/Dining, Location, Overall Design, Rooms, and Service.
