A seductive array of menu options offered at Wynn Las Vegas’ signature restaurants will create an amorous evening for couples this Valentine’s Day.
Andrea’s, Look of Love Tasting Menu
In addition to his full menu of a la carte offerings, Chef Joe Elevado presents the Look of Love tasting menu. The menu begins with a special toast with the Aphrodisiac Sparkle, edamame with truffle salt, salmon sashimi, brown butter-miso crispy chicken lettuce cups, petite filet mignon in a creamy king crab bakudan with asparagus and a special chocolate surprise for dessert. The Look of Love tasting menu is prix fixe, priced at $85 person, not inclusive of beverages, tax or gratuity.
Country Club – A New American Steakhouse, Aphrodisiac Tasting Menu
Executive Chef Carlos Guia has planned a full menu of special aphrodisiac dishes to celebrate the special day. The Aphrodisiac Tasting Menu features chilled oysters on the half shell, pan roasted sea scallops and black truffle crusted filet mignon with roasted asparagus and garlic fingerling potato hash in a cognac-pink peppercorn sauce. The experience concludes with a decadent chocolate fondue. All may be ordered a la carte, or enjoyed as a complete, multi-course meal, prix fixe, priced at $95 per person, not inclusive of beverages, tax or gratuity.
Sinatra, Sinatra Seduction Menu
In addition to Sinatra’s complete a la carte menu, Chef Theo Schoenegger presents the five-course Sinatra Seduction menu, featuring such dishes as Maine lobster with fingerling potatoes, pillows of pasta filled with truffle scented ricotta, Santa Barbara spot prawns, clams and calamari in a tomato saffron broth and Millbrook Farms venison medallions with brussels sprout petals. For dessert, a Valrhona dark chocolate mousse hat with Jack Daniel’s milk chocolate panna cotta is offered. The menu is prix fixe, priced at $175 per person, not inclusive of beverages, tax or gratuity.
Botero, Valentine’s Day Tasting Menu
Executive Chef Mark LoRusso has developed a tantalizing five-course tasting menu that will be offered in addition to his full menu of innovative steak and seafood fare. The Valentine’s Day tasting menu includes Dungeness crab bisque, black truffle ricotta cannelloni, colossal prawns, roasted winter vegetables and is finished with a variety of delectable sweets. The menu is prix fixe, priced at $110 per person, not inclusive of beverages, tax or gratuity.
