Hi Chase, please tell us a little about you?

A little bit about me is I love fishing, playing basketball and I have a Lab named Sprite. I also love eating Chipotle.

Describe yourself in 3 words?

Funny, smart and athletic.

How did you get started into acting?

I got started acting by being apart of school programs when I was little. I was always picked to be apart of programs when I was very young. As I became older I liked to watch the expressions of other actors so my mom signed me up for acting.

How has this changed your life?

It’s changed my life in an interesting way because I get to travel more and I have got to work with people that I never thought I would meet. I’ve also made some great new friends.

What is the best and worst part of being an actor?

The best part of acting is meeting new people and being in movies, the worst part learning my lines when they change last minute and not playing my video game as long.

How do you prepare for a role?

To prepare for my role I first I do what I enjoy which is Play the Xbox with my friends, then I take a bath to relax, look over my lines and get into character and go to sleep early.

Tell us about your work on Tubi’s new original family movie “Tales of a Fifth Grade Robinhood?”

Well in Tales of a Fifth Grade Robin Hood I’m playing Robin Hood. Working on the movie was fun, I got to meet a lot of new people, and made a lot of memories. I got to work with Jon Lovitz who was really funny.

And about Tyler Perry’s “Ruthless” and “The Underground Railroad?”

Being on Tyler Perry’s Ruthless set was great because I got a chance to see Tyler Perry direct. The Underground Railroad was pretty cool to because both of these were a start for me seeing how behind the scenes worked and made me realize I wanted to continue in acting.

What other projects you have been part of?

I’ve been apart of MacGyver, Underground Railroad , Ruthless , and Lovecraft Country and I’ve done some commercials. Being on set for all of these were exciting and it allowed me to meet some really big actors.
What kind of roles do you like or would like to play and why?

I would like to play the role of someone in a really scary shark movie because I love fishing, and scary movies. I would like to see how movies like that are made.

What is the most rewarding part of your work?

The most rewarding part of my work is meeting new people and bringing enjoyment to others through tv and movies.

What’s your advice for the newer actors?

My advice for new actors is to still do other things you enjoy for fun and just never give up on your dreams.

What would say are the greatest lessons you learned so far in this business?

The greatest lesson I’ve learned in this business is just to keep going. Try your hardest and always believe in yourself. As long as you know you’ve done your best then that’s all you can do.

How would your best friend describe you?

He would describe me as funny.

If you are a book, what would be the title of the book and why?

My book title would be The story of Chase Brown because that’s my name and it could be a book about my journey.

What book should every entrepreneur read?

I don’t know because I haven’t read that many books just yet unless it was something for school.

What’s next for Chase Brown in 2021?

Well I hope to pick up even more movie and tv roles in 2021 but for now I’ll just keep working on things related to acting.
