I oversee the company’s projects and make sure that everything runs smoothly. I ensure the CEO’s vision is understood. My favorite part is being creative and creating new projects as well as hearing other people’s vision and being able to help put their ideas into effect.
How is working along your husband Emmy Award winning, broadcaster/former NBA player Kenny Smith?
It’s something that I’ve always done. We’ve worked together for quite a while whether it’s managing a household of 5 children or business wise. We respect each other’s visions and differing creative processes.

Neo soul. My musical influences are Etta James, Mariah Carey’s first 2 albums, Whitney Houston and Stevie Wonder.
