The “On Fire” Screening took place on Thursday night at IPIC Westwood, featuring direction and star performance by Peter Facinelli. The event, which was held on September 28th, benefitted the Global Empowerment Mission Maui Relief and was presented by Cineverse, gaining support from Lonestar, Cookie Candy Cereal Pop, El Cristiano, and Peroni.
It’s noteworthy that “On Fire” is the first independent movie that premiered with approval under the interim SAG agreement, fully backed by SAG. The movie initially made its debut at the Mammoth Film Festival 2023, earning praise and securing a distribution deal. A broad theatrical release followed the festival on Friday, September 29th.
The cast of “On Fire” includes star and director Peter Facinelli, Ashlei Foushee, Ross McCall, and producer Peter Winther. Other notable attendees at the premiere included Frances Fisher (actress and SAG Executive Committee Member), director/writer Catherine Hardwicke (known for “Twilight” and “Thirteen”), Peter’s partner Lily Anne Harrison, and numerous actors, influencers, and industry personalities like Lorenzo Antonucci, Darren Weiss, Jaime Zevollos, Tyler Gallant, Jonathan Baker, Tribeca Baker, Heartlyn Rae, Elen Dali, Matt Smiley, Hari Tahov, Adrian Dev, Amber Mezner, Amber Martinez, Hawaii McLaughlin, Aby James, Loki, filmmaker Rod Laurie, Timothy Woodward Jr, Nick Benson, Pablo Kaestli, Queyen Tran, Brad Peyton, TV personality Adam Cohen, Paola Palin, and producer Eustace Montgomery Hicks, among others.
Post-screening, guests moved to The Fleur Room by Tao Group, located on Los Angeles’ sunset strip, for a celebration. They were treated to cocktails courtesy of El Cristiano ultra-premium, additive-free tequila and Peroni Nastro Azzurro Italian beer, along with a selection of delectable hor d’oeuvres and a charcuterie spread from Lavo restaurant. The afterparty, which also featured music by DJ Francesa Cloud, was presented by Cookie Candy Cereal Pop, a premiere Hollywood popcorn snack brand. As the guests departed, they were gifted with special 20oz Candy Pop M&Ms club-size popcorn treats from Sams Club.
Joining the afterparty were additional influencers and talent, hosted by Peter Facinelli, including Jason Oppenheim from “Selling Sunset”, Hannah Linderman, Maryam Zol, Sergio Farias, Ashlei Foushee, Eustace Montgomery Hicks, Matt Smiley, Ross McCall, Peter Winther, Lily Anne Harrison, Catherine Hardwicke, and more.
