“I think one of my greatest strengths is as a problem solver. I have the ability to see a situation from different perspectives and I can get my work done even in the face of difficult obstacles.”
Best advice ever given?
The way someone treats you is a reflection of how they feel about themselves.
Who has been the biggest influence on your life?
My mum has been my biggest influence and still is today. Her strength and caring nature is something I admire.
How and when did you start your fitness journey?
I started my fitness journey in 2016 and I am still growing and learning today.
What did you learn from your biggest failure?
Failure has taught me many things about myself. I have learnt when I fall down and pick myself back up, I build muscle and strength. Similarly, each time I fail and recover, I build strength of character, commitment and passion. Failure spawns creativity and motivation.
What is fun and rewarding about being a blogger? And what is not?
Being a blogger is rewarding, I love inspiring women to create a better relationship with their mind and bodies. The positive messages and comments remind you that putting yourself out there is worth it, when its helping other to create a better lifestyle,
What’s your best advice for anyone looking to get into the health industry?
Study, Study I am always updating my education. It’s so important to keep up with new information.
Which celebrity do you admire the most, and why?
I don’t admire anyone, I do like to follow other health blogs and find their content interesting.
What’s next for you?
The release of my Recipe book “Love yourself from the inside out”
Now talking about Instagram, can you share some tips for keeping your account interesting?
I share various different things on my Instagram to keep it interesting, I have recently become a mum so I like to share about that as well as recipes and interior design.
What is your favorite healthy food?
My favourite healthy food is home made burrito bowls.
And your favorite cheat food?
Pizza for sure.
What is your own definition of happiness?
Happiness is seeing my daughter smile and laugh.
What is your current workout routine?
Currently 3 strength training days and 2 HITT sessions

What does fashion mean to you?
Fashion is a way of introducing yourself without having to say a word.
How would you explain your kitchen cupboard and what items in your kitchen can you not be without?
Organised and Filled with the essentials. I would be lost without my spice and herb rack. Herbs and spices are essential to creating flavour while cooking.
